Do note that all memory foam beds are made by pouring liquid into a mould. Hence, you will see popped bubbles, surface swirls, creases, and/or cracks on the bed and around the embossed logo. Beds may also take some time to inflate fully - up to 2 weeks. You can chat with us for a video to help the bed inflate faster. Rest assured, these factors don't affect the bed's support or quality :)

Sherlock loves the bed and he is just always so comfortable in this bed! He usually just lies on his previous bed for a max of 15 minutes and then he’ll get up but he sleeps in this bed. The fact that the cover is washable makes it even better!
I've spent hours looking for a dog bed made of genuine quality memory foam, and this is The One. The bed came out of the box extremely flat (because of the vacuum pack), and I was initially concerned about whether it would inflate properly - I needn't have worried at all. Within hours and after some coaxing, it very quickly exploded into a huge cushy bed - thank you very much Vanillapup for the instructional video, it helped tons! Delivery was at noon and the bed was surprisingly(!) fully expanded by dinner, and the (pretty mild) smell had gone away by then too. Extra points as it was extremely satisfying to watch the bed triple in size, kinda wish I had done a time lapse video. TL;DR If you're looking for good bed for your pup, look no further.

I hesitated carting it out because of the bed's hefty price tag, but eventually did (together with the watershield cover) when there's a promo code for Father's Day! They say if you take care of things, they last - I really wanted my old pupper to rest comfortably at home as she gets older. And I was mighty pleased when she sat in it when I unboxed it. 100% recommend for senior dogs with arthritis, pls also get your hands on the discontinued watershield bed cover in case of accidents!
Yay! Thanks for sharing the photo!

The sides of the bed took a day to puff up, and the foam had a slight smell to it. But my corgi puppy likes it and fits nicely in the pit of the bed without having to curl her body.
Thanks, Li Hui! A few days of airing should do the trick :)
